Lang Investment Services was founded on the principle that financial advice should be independent, transparent, and always in the client's best interest.

Located in Monument, Colorado—but service clients across the United States—we've built our practice on lasting relationships with families and individuals throughout the Tri-Lakes and Front Range communities. Our clients value our local presence combined with access to the resources and stability of Raymond James.

We believe financial planning is about more than numbers—it's about understanding your goals, your concerns, and your vision for the future. We primarily offer fee-based* advisory services charging a flat fee based on a client's total assets under advisement.

Whether you're planning for retirement, managing a windfall, or navigating a major life transition, we're here to provide clarity and confidence.

Our approach

Independent guidance

We follow a fiduciary standard throughout the financial planning engagement.. This means transparent fees, no hidden commissions or proprietary products, and advice that's truly independent.

Active management

Markets change, and so should your portfolio. We review and adjust your investments to respond to opportunities and manage risk.

Comprehensive planning

We look at your complete financial picture—investments, taxes, insurance, estate planning—to develop strategies that work together toward your goals.

Personal service

You'll work directly with experienced advisors who know you by name. We're accessible, responsive, and committed to keeping you informed.

Investing involves risk and you may incur a profit or loss regardless of the strategy selected. Asset allocation and diversification do not ensure a profit or protect against a loss.

*If deemed appropriate and in our client's best interest, we also provide commissioned brokerage services. Though our financial advisor provides clients with great care and recommendations, advisors only have a legal fiduciary obligation to advisory clients.

In a fee-based account, clients pay a quarterly fee, based on the level of assets in the account, for the services of a financial advisor as part of an advisory relationship. In deciding to pay a fee rather than commissions, clients should understand that the fee may be higher than a commission alternative during periods of lower trading. Advisory fees are in addition to the internal expenses charged by mutual funds and other investment company securities. To the extent that clients intend to hold these securities, the internal expenses should be included when evaluating the costs of a fee-based account. Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their needs. A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule, is available in the firm's Form ADV Part 2 as well as the client agreement. Services rendered will be dependent on applicable agreements.
